We are hoping members of your community can help us in making this fun, family friendly event a great success. Once again, the popular gingerbread house building contest is being held at Eastworks, in Easthampton on Saturday, December 9th from 1-4PM. This is a great community builder and important fundraising event for PV Habitat. Last year over 40 teams participated! This year’s teams will compete for prizes awarded in categories such as Dream Home for a Dinosaur, Most Likely to Attract Sports Fans, and Boldest use of the Color Blue. We will award the team who raises the most money and the team with the largest number of donations with buttons to this year’s First Night celebration in Northampton. We are hoping that your group will participate! Teams are made up of up to 4 people and can register for a $100 entry donation. We welcome teams of students, staff, teachers, parents, or combinations. More information can be found at http://www.pvhabitat.org/events/gingerbread-build/
